This bat is noticeably different than other Demarini bats. It takes a long time to break in which is usually not the case with the Demarini line. It has kind of a strange sound and at times you would swear you were hitting a metal bat with the high pitched sound that they make. This lessens once they get broken in. They are much more durable than most Demarinis which is usually the case with bats that take a while to break in. Rolled and shaved this bat will hit some serious shots. You should be able to pick them up at a decent price. For some reason, the USSSA Demarinis aren't as popular as the ASA models. It is a fairly stiff handle just like the ASA version and really seems to swing more like a one piece bat without alot of handle flex.
