2 Print out your Paypal or credit card receipt or write a note with your name and address and include what you paid to have done to the bats and the shipping option you paid for. A money order to the World's Hottest Bats, LLC is fine also.
Please don't send your bats without paperwork inside identifying who you are and what you paid to have done to them. This will greatly slow down your turn around time while we research whose bats we have.3If you are having bats shaved, print and fill out the Shaving Release Form. Send it along with the bats.
4 Send the bats to the address below. Use a triangular or square shipping tube. USPS Priority Mail is cheapest. Fedex, UPS and DHL are great for getting the package there overnight but they are very expensive if you do not have an account.
We receive round tubes that the bat has fallen out of way too often! If you must use a round tube, add some wadded paper inside the tube on both ends of the bat. Tape over the tube's end cap with a very strong packing tape extremely well. Don't be the next one to donate a bat to the Postal workers softball team!Important Shipping Information

Bat Engraving
Permanently protect your bat from loss and theft by engraving the handle. When sending your bat to be engraved please include a note detailing exactly what words/numbers you would like engraved. Also, specify whether you want it visible above the handle grip, or non-visible under the grip. Keep in mind if your grip includes tape, we may need to cut it off. IMPORTANT: Price listed is for add-on service only, for those already sending in bat(s) for service. If you would like to send in your bats for engraving à la carte, a $10 return shipping charge will be required.
Glove Engraving
Permanently protect your glove from loss and theft by engraving your name/phone number on it. When sending your glove to be engraved please include a note detailing exactly what words/numbers you would like engraved. You may use tape on your glove to mark where you would like the engraving performed. If no tape is included, we will use our best judgement. Softball Engraving
Want to commemorate that tournament championship? Send us a softball to have engraved for yourself, or one for each player on your team. When ordering your softballs to be engraved please include a note detailing exactly what words/numbers you would like engraved. Long phrases may be broken down to separate lines, as shown in picture. If you would like to know that we received the bat please send the package with a shipping company that provides a tracking number so you can see when it is delivered to us. We are sorry but we can't always take the time to research whether your bat came in or not. We would rather spend that time working on making you your bat hotter! If you would like to receive a tracking number when we ship the bat back please make sure your email is included in the paperwork you send with the bat. The fastest way to correspond with us is by email. While we love to talk baseball or softball with our customers, we are able to return emails much quicker than phone calls.A note about USPS Priority Mail: Priority mail does not use a true tracking number system. If you provide your email with your paperwork when you send the bats, you will be sent a Delivery Confirmation number when we ship your bats. This system only shows when the label is created and when a delivery attempt is made. It does not show actual progress of the package.
*Canadian customers:
If you are shipping to us by ground make sure you mark the shipment 'Free Domicile' and not 'Prepaid.' 'Free Domicile' means all charges will be billed back to the shipper.
The best way to avoid any additional charges at customs is to ship by air. The entry prep fee for shipping across the border is built into air freight rates so there will be no surprise charges after the shipment has been delivered.
We cannot accept deliveries with customs fees that have not been paid and the shipment will be marked refused and returned to you without any work being done to your bats.
